❤️ ELEVATE IS BACK — AND WE WANT TO REACH MORE PEOPLE!

This week sees the return of our wonderful ELEVATE Choirs — one of the very special projects run through SOUL (Singing Outreach Unity & Love). ❤️

ELEVATE has been created to bring the joy of singing to people living with disabilities, learning difficulties, neurological conditions and other health challenges.

Our most regular ELEVATE Choir meets fortnightly in Maldon, led by the wonderful Elaine, with a further monthly group in Witham.

Each session is adapted to those attending, creating a safe, welcoming and uplifting environment where EVERYONE has a voice. Singing together can encourage communication and movement, build confidence, lift spirits, create friendships and help reduce loneliness and isolation.

And, most importantly… it’s FUN! 🎶😊
